Nova Plastics Inc. is owned and operated by  

Douglas Gidney, President/ Shareholder and resident of Weymouth, Nova Scotia, has more than 35 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of  factory production equipment, in the fishing, bottling industries and has helped setup several other types of production plants throughout the Atlantic provinces. Doug has also worked in the plastics industry manufacturing aprons, safety clothing and rain gear products using RF welding processes.

 Donna Beatty, Vice president / Shareholder and resident of Weymouth, Nova Scotia, is a long-time business administrator who has operated her own manufacturing business for the past 15 years. She had 20 years of experience in the production industry prior to her starting her own business. 

As well Nova Plastics with Dennis Arsenault, a resident of Little Brook Nova Scotia,  is in charge of international marketing.  For the past 25 years, Mr Arsenault has been working in national and international sales and innovative product development in the field of plastics.
